Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Agendo account and all associated data at any time — directly from the app or by contacting us.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data, appointments, studios, and settings will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Open the Agendo app and sign in to your account.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm by entering your password when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to:
agendo.app@outlook.comInclude the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.
Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled when you delete your account. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
