Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Agendo application and services. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Section 01
Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Agendo mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operators of Agendo ("we", "us", "our"). Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Section 02
User accounts

To use most features of the App you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • Be at least 16 years old to create an account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Services & subscriptions

Agendo provides an appointment scheduling platform that connects clients with studios and professionals. Core features are available free of charge. The Professional subscription unlocks additional tools for professionals managing their schedule and client base.

Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

We do not process payments between clients and studios. Any financial transactions for services rendered are solely between the client and the studio or professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools against the platform
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Section 05
User content

By submitting content to Agendo (including profile photos, studio descriptions, and ratings), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Payments & refunds

Payments for the Professional subscription are processed by Apple or Google (depending on your platform) under their respective payment policies. We do not store your payment details.

Refund requests for subscriptions must be made directly to the App Store or Google Play. We do not issue refunds outside of those platforms' policies.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agendo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disputes & governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written notice to agendo.app@outlook.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you via the App or by email.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
