Yes โ downloading Agendo and booking appointments as a client is completely free. The Professional subscription (โฌ4.99/month) unlocks tools for managing your schedule, clients, and availability as a professional.
After signing up, go to the Admin tab and tap "Create Studio". You'll fill in your studio's name, address, and description. You can then add services, invite professionals, and start accepting bookings.
Yes. Agendo supports multiple roles on a single account. You can be a Client who books appointments while also being a Professional who accepts them. Role-specific tabs appear in the app based on your active roles.
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. To cancel:
iOS: Settings โ your Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Agendo โ Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ Agendo โ Cancel.

From the Professional tab, search for the studio by name and send a join request. The studio admin will review and approve your request. Once approved, you'll be able to set your availability and receive bookings.
Agendo sends push notifications for booking confirmations, upcoming appointment reminders, and new booking alerts for professionals. You can manage notification preferences in your device's Settings โ Agendo โ Notifications.
You can delete your account from within the app (Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account) or by visiting our account deletion page. All your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
